Our Story
FrameStretching is a consulting firm with the tagline "Path to preparedness, transform uncertainty into growth opportunities." We work with organizations to facilitate positive change through alternative perspectives and collaborative approaches.
The Philosophy Behind the Name
The organization was founded by Rachel Kaberon, based in Chicago, IL. Her father instilled a philosophy she calls "What Else thinking" — a practice of questioning assumptions and exploring possibilities beyond immediate perspectives. Rather than limiting oneself to small, familiar ponds, this approach encourages examining multiple angles before making decisions.
Rachel describes her core approach as the transformation from listener to receiver, and from doer to enabler. She works knee to knee within organizations to help teams redesign their operational frameworks and loosen the constricting frames that limit potential.
